When family members work together in a business, there are all kinds of reasons why they sometimes end up with conflicts here and there. These can build up over time and become more difficult to address.
Sometimes there’s hardly any conflict, but there are still some subjects that everyone knows they should be discussing, but it’s hard to get the conversations started.
When there’s a general idea that the business is expected to transition to another generation of the family, there’s an even greater need for such families to begin to figure out how they are going to plan for everything that needs to be figured out.
Few families will be able to handle all of this without the benefit of an independent outside person working with them.
If any of these scenarios sound familiar to you, please reach out and let’s start to figure out where you should start, and see if I might be the right fit for you and your family.
Work With Steve
I love talking to people from the world of enterprising families. I know how hard it can be for people in your position to find someone you can trust to share your stories and challenges with. My first priority to you is to build that trust so that we can then see if it might make sense for us to work together. We probably won’t even start to discuss any of those details until at least our second call. So let’s set up that first call, and explore your family situation and see if we can relate to each other about the challenges you’re facing. Please book a 1-hour call so we can take our time and figure out if we are meant to work together.
