How Steve helps

Three ways to work together

A neutral third party who has lived it, trained for it, and stays focused on the family side of the plan.

Individual coaching

For family members whose voice is hard to hear. Get clear on what matters to you and build a plan for the conversations ahead.

Collaborating with advisors

For lawyers, accountants and wealth advisors who need a trained partner for the family dynamics side of the work.

Family coaching and facilitation

For sibling groups and multi-generational families moving through a transition, with every voice kept in the room.

The approach

Bringing in a skilled and neutral third party brings clarity, which will lead to harmony.

Who I work with

Every seat at the family table

Most of my work is with families that own and manage an operating business, and with the people around them.

About Steve

He grew up expecting to join the family business

Within six months of Steve coming back with his MBA, the family company was sold to a competitor. The years that followed showed him how much a family's legacy depends on how well it communicates. Since completing the Family Enterprise Advisor program in 2013, he has focused on helping families have those conversations.
